Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?

Why can't I see the options in the dropdown menu?

Shipping

What are your shipping times?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-6 business days. However, stickers are an exception, they ship within 1 to 3 business days .Because stickers are lightweight and quick for us to produce and package, they always move faster than other items. After your order is shipped, it should be at your door within 7 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you offer tracking for all orders?
Tracking and express shipping is included for orders exceeding $25. For smaller orders, tracking and express shipping can be added at checkout for $5.

Returns and Replacements

What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to replace items that are proven to be damaged upon delivery or accidentally ripped within 7 days of receipt. Check our Return Policy for instructions.
