Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 6 business days. However, stickers are an exception, they ship within 1 to 3 business days. Because stickers are lightweight and quick for us to produce and package, they always move faster than other items. After your order is shipped, it should be at your door within 7 business days. Every order is packaged by hand and shipped directly from Upstate NY. Carl and I personally handle each item with care, having safely shipped over 700 orders.
Tracking and express shipping is included for orders exceeding $25. For smaller orders, tracking and express shipping can be added at checkout for $5.
We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to replace items that are proven to be damaged upon delivery or accidentally ripped within 7 days of receipt. Please email us at info@fantasysportsessentials.com with clear photographic evidence of the damaged item along with your order number to request a replacement.
